50 shades of grey...

Pewter, charcoal, ashen, dingy, heather, iron, lead, dusky, dappled, silvery, smokey...
that's the type of Monday it is here in these parts.
The kind of day to go out and play with wool in the studio.
A good day to be on the couch as well!
Staying warm and dry...top priority.

Somehow I missed this post. Beautiful photos, as usual.
"50 shades of grey..." Did you read the book? It's.. um... "oh my."

Such soft, lovely photos. I especially love the shiny pearls on the spider webs. :) Your pup looks cozy and comfy. And you're right, warm and dry are priorities on damp, chilly Pacific Northwest days!

damp and cold and foggy and spidery and winter, and it is all good.

the fur baby is of course, my favorite.

We often have days like that in Ireland. You bet me to it with a post of that title as it's one I had in mind but never got round to writing, not for want of grey days I might add! Glanced at the book in a supermarket and quickly concluded it had no literary merit.

What is so magical about droplets on spiderwebs?! So magical and enchanting looking. Then ... there's the pup ... OH MY GOODNESS! Adorable.
